We want every purchase to meet your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Returns are not accepted for customized items, gift cards, clearance products, or any item marked as non-returnable.
Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, processing may take 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us promptly so we can provide an appropriate solution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
